These eco-bricks are not single-material waste blocks; they’re scientifically formulated, hybrid composite systems, with each ingredient selected for structural integrity, environmental sustainability, and lifecycle performance.

What's inside the Eco-Brick

Our eco-brick product integrates multiple sustainable inputs to achieve structural, thermal, and environmental performance. Unlike conventional plastic bricks, our solution combines cementitious binders, recycled aggregates, polymer integration, and eco-friendly additives.

Material Composition Breakdown

• Cementitious Binders: GGBS, fly ash, lime/metakaolin – low-carbon alternatives to traditional OPC.

• Aggregates & Fillers: Recycled fine aggregates – optimized for strength vs insulation balance.

• Plastic Waste: Selected polymer blends – enhance ductility and reuse landfill-bound materials.

• Additives: Superplasticizers, air-entraining agents – improve workability and durability.

• Reinforcements: Hemp, coir, aerogels, basalt fibers – boost strength and insulation properties.
