Sustainable Innovation in Construction

Reimagining waste as a resource; building the future with eco-bricks engineered for low carbon, circular living.

Sustainability & Impact

Transforming waste into sustainable, high-performance construction materials. We are transforming industrial waste and plastic by-products into sustainable, high-performance construction materials that meet the demands of modern building standards. By rethinking waste as a resource, we’re not only reducing landfill and emissions, but also delivering cost-effective, durable alternatives that support greener cities and long-term climate goals.

Circular Economy Integration

We engineer our bricks to close the loop on material waste:

Incorporating recycled plastics, crushed glass, and industrial by-products like fly ash and GGBS.

Our system cuts reliance on natural sand and quarried stone through optimised aggregate blends.

Promoting End-of-Life reusability by modularity in design; enabling disassembly and reuse, and further extending product lifespan.

Environmental Performance & Metrics

Our innovation delivers measurable gains across key environmental indicators

Up to 85% reduction in embodied CO₂ per unit compared to traditional fired-clay or OPC-heavy bricks.

Water Use: Use of water-reducing admixtures and rainwater harvesting in production significantly lowers process water consumption.

Waste Diversion: Redirecting plastics, glass, ash from landfills directly into long-life construction assets.

Thermal Efficiency: Enhanced insulation properties reduce energy demand for buildings over their lifetime.

Aligning with UK and global policies for a resource-efficient future, we focus on eliminating plastic waste and reducing emissions in the construction sector.

In alignment with the UK's 2042 environmental goals, we are committed to eliminating avoidable plastic waste and enhancing biodiversity while reducing land degradation. Our initiatives support Defra's circular economy package and WRAP's vision for a resource-efficient construction sector. We aim to significantly reduce greenhouse gas emissions, progressing towards the net-zero target set by the UK climate strategy for 2050 with innovations in low-carbon binders and production methods. Furthermore, our efforts are in line with the Construction 2025 Strategy, which emphasizes productivity, cost reduction, and sustainability within the built environment. This work also aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, specifically SDGs 9, 11, 12, and 13, highlighting our dedication to fostering a more sustainable future for both local and global communities.
